Context

Propsearch is a full UAE real estate platform covering rentals, sales, market stats, and community guides. It supports high volume consumer search, investor research, and agent workflows across thousands of listings.

Challenge

The platform had inconsistent listing templates, fragmented navigation, and filters that slowed users during high intent tasks. The experience needed to serve both mobile renters and data driven investors without overwhelming either group

My Role

I led the UX and UI direction across search, listings, and market intelligence..

  • UX and UI design

  • Search and filtering workflows

  • Listing and detail page redesign

  • Area guide and market data architecture

  • Mobile-first patterns

  • Information hierarchy and content systems

  • Collaboration with developers and real estate stakeholders

Key Moves

I focused on unifying the platform and reducing friction across core user journeys.

  1. Search and filter redesign
Reorganised filters by task and intent to reduce friction and speed up search. Improved clarity of price, locality, and amenity options.

  2. Unified listing system
Created a single listing structure that works across rentals and sales. Improved image hierarchy, key specs, and agent details for quick comparison.

  3. Market data and area intelligence
Introduced clean data visualisation for pricing trends, demand signals, and neighbourhood traits. Strengthened community pages with structured, scannable content.

Impact

A more intuitive search experience, faster decision making, stronger mobile performance, and higher trust in listings and area intelligence. The unified design language improved both discovery and conversion paths.

Reflection

A property platform succeeds when complex information becomes easy to scan, compare, and act upon.
